Hi, I am Jacque Cooper, the owner of Jacque’s Hallmark at 1124 Main in Goodland, KS. I have owned this shop for 25 years since we opened in 2001. Jacque’s Hallmark is an independently-owned Hallmark store, and remains one of the few Hallmark Gold Crown stores left in the state of Kansas. Regardless of how quiet our little brick town is, with a population of 4,500, we still believe in being the heartbeat of America, as folks from around northwest Kansas, as well as Colorado and Nebraska, drive here to shop downtown and see what we have

Our store carries anything you need, from cards, to gift wrap, and even gift items. Along with these, we also carry not just Hallmark-specific products, but many things, like candles, home décor, many fun things no one else has. We also provide balloon bouquets and snack baskets for that special someone in your life.

I started out with a teaching degree from Fort Hays State University, eventually deciding to raise my sons, Jesse and Tristan, who have long since grown up and currently reside here in Goodland. In 2000, I worked in a little party shop that was called Pardy Gras, before going all in with the business, buying out the store in January of 2001 from Jan and Darrell Malpert.

2 decades later, and it still is exciting to do, with every card we sell, and every balloon we tie, it makes us feel proud of what we do, with one smile at a time, and through all of it, I wouldn’t change a thing!
